My charming bungalow is located in beautiful Cache Valley. It is surrounded by several mature trees that give it shade. While it is peaceful and quiet in the heart of small town Hyrum, you are only a few blocks from Hyrum Reservoir State Park Beach, close to Blacksmith Fork Canyon, Sardine Canyon, less than 10 minutes from downtown Logan where you have access to amazing restaurants and cafes. Also only 1 hour from Bear Lake. Good for solo travelers, business travelers and families.

Looking for a way to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and create memories with your spouse, friends, or family, this is the place to make this happen. Wonderful cabin located just outside of Paradise, Utah 15 minutes to Logan, Utah and 5 minutes to Hyrum Dam. The cabin has two stories. The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, board games, wood burning fire place, air conditioning, large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms, both with very comfortable queen beds, and a full bath. Walking outside you will find a patio with a Weber grill and flat top grill for cooking, a large fire pit, a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking. Access is down a gravel road. The cabin sleeps 4 in two queen beds, but has two long leather couches and a leather love seat couch (extra bedding as well) on the main floor where others could sleep and tents are allowed.

Set on just over an acre of land, this home provides our guests with a spacious, beautiful, and comfortable stay. This custom-built country home is like no other! The interior of the home was just renovated in the summer of 2017. When we started the project our goal was to maintain the original country theme and to incorporate several modern and contemporary elements. We are pleased with the result, we hope you like it as well. The décor and furniture have been carefully handpicked to fit the unique style and character of our Stone House. Many of the décor elements you will see around the home were brought from Chile, Ecuador, Peru, India, our State of Florida and of course from the great local antique markets of Cache Valley. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful. It has white cabinets, glass doors, new and large granite countertops, and a great layout. It was imperative to us that preparing, cooking and serving meals to large groups would not only be easy but enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with the new ELECTROLUX PRO LINE appliances and is stocked with cookware and dish-ware to cater to 30 guests. We know that with all the families the kitchen is an important gathering place so a lot of detail was placed in this area. The island is large and can easily seat 6 people with additional 4-5 seating at the breakfast nook. The dining room seats comfortably 15 people. You'll love the customized lighting fixtures in the kitchen as they bring together the elements of new and old. The living room was designed and furnished to maximize the comfort of our guests while spending time visiting with each other, conversing, and relaxing. Fifteen people can be comfortably seated in the living room with plenty of space to bring extra chairs if needed. There are three other seating areas in the home. These areas were created to provide each age or family group with their own space to visit, play games and get caught up with life, or simply run away from the crowd to read a book. There is also a small but comfortable office at the top level. This room provides private working space to those working travelers who always need to be connected. (You know who they are!) The new theater room in the basement will be a hit with kids, teens, and adults. Comfortable leather recliners, large bean bags, treat bar space, a stage and layered lightning will provide great family entertainment. Get the family together, not only to watch movies but also to play video games or even to put up a family talent show! The brand new bathroom/laundry room in the basement has a nice modern shower with a cool rain shower fixture and glass doors. The Laundry room is equipped with double washer and dryer sets. We know how laundry can quickly get out of control when families get together, so we wanted to make sure "the family dirty laundry" stays clean and will not get in your way in enjoying your stay. Other small and unique details of the re-designing and decorating of this home are the "Ice Cream Shoppe Room", the "Aviator Room" and the "Pokémon Room". These rooms will make the stay for any kid (young or old) memorable and fun. Besides the Master Suite, the home has 3 other bedrooms with queen beds intended to provide comfort and privacy to our older guests. There are USB outlets in each bedroom. Each bed in this house is very comfortable. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic covers for our most sensitive guests. Mattresses are new and are of high-quality memory foam. Bedding is new and comfortable, each bed has a blanket and a comforter. There is additional bedding in the closets for the sleepers, convertible bean bags, and futons if needed. (Please inform us if additional bedding will be required) There is also plenty of parking space for 6 -8 cars. There is also space for a boat, ATVs or other toys! Our kids love exploring the outside, playing manhunt, hide and seek, ultimate frisbee and building a fire in the back yard. Located in the shade of the Wellsville Mountains, The Lily House is listed on the National Register of Historical Places, but has been updated to provide comfortable lodging. The Lily House is located 10 minutes south of Logan, UT, in the heart of Wellsville, Utah. The Lily House is only 15 minutes from Utah State University, 5 minutes from the America West Heritage Center, and a short walk across the street to visit the Wellsville Historic Tabernacle and city park with a splash pad. Children will enjoy the large loft area, equipped with a twin bed, and plenty of room to play! History of The Lily House: The Lily House was built in 1875. It has been well cared for and updated for comfortable lodging. This property, which is listed on the National Registry of Historical Places, was the original Wellsville Relief Society Meeting House. In 1875 the Relief Society was the women's organization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was responsible for assisting those in need and aiding new settlers to Cache Valley. The Lily House derives its name from the Sego Lily, which was selected as the emblem of Relief Society because of its usefulness in sustaining life in the early pioneer settlements. Cache Valley was originally settled by pioneers in 1856. Wellsville, then known as Maughan's Fort, was the first settlement in the valley. A tabernacle was erected between 1902 and 1908 and is located directly across the street from the Lily House. Step back in time when you stay in this well-preserved historical home.

We have owned this condo for the past 12 years. Our children have lived here while attending USU. We are now welcoming guests from all over and sharing what we love about Cache Valley with others. The basics: Our condo is in the heart of Logan with easy access to Utah State University, shopping, Beaver Mountain Resort and Logan Canyon. It is 45 minutes to the slopes in the winter and an hour to Bear Lake in the summer. The condo is located in a complex that houses students most of the year with a few young families and retired couples. It is across the street from grocery shopping, the instacare clinic and close to restaurants. The condo is located on the main bus lines for Logan for easy transportation options. This condo is a family home and perfect for a quick getaway weekend, festivals, concerts, attending training workshops or visiting a student at the university. Bedrooms: It has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, closet, dresser and end tables. There is a small work desk available in one bedroom. Kitchen: The kitchen has all of the necessary equipment for family meals. There are pots, pans, cookware, cutting boards, coffee maker, salt, sugar, pepper, silverware, plates, dishes, cups, etc. The kitchen has an electric stove/oven, crockpot, toaster, blender, microwave, fridge and Keurig. Livingroom: The living room area has a sleeper sofa, chairs, and bookcase with games and a good selection of books. There is a flat screen smart TV with cable. There is reliable WiFi provided also. Bathroom: tub/shower, sink, toilet. Shampoo/Soap. Plenty of towels. Laundry: There is a coin operated laundry room in the complex. We do not have a washer/dryer in the unit. Please feel free to use the laundry soap from the condo. For the Kids: There are unbreakable dishes, crayons, books, board games, and puzzles. Other: If it is in the house you are free to use it. We have also supplied plungers, toilet scrubbers, brooms, dustpans, soap, dish scrubbers, paper towels, and ample toilet paper. Our beautiful home is nestled into a quiet and secluded, tree-lined street that is close to Utah State University, Shoreline mountain trail for biking, hiking, or walking, grocery stores, and entertainment and dining. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away that stops at many places through town and is free of charge. You'll enjoy the spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
